In appreciation of the dynamism of law, we are committed legal researchers and are constantly in the look out for emerging issues of law, innovative solutions to unique legal problems and discovery of new knowledge.

Operational Advantage

Operation of Two Offices: We operate offices in Nairobi and Kisumu. This places us at an advantage position to conveniently serve corporate clients with presence in Nairobi, Central, Mid-western Rift Valley, Nyanza, Western Kenya, Western Rift Valley and parts of the North Rift.

E-Practice: Information technology and more particularly advent of the internet has rapidly changed the shape of human interactions. Whereas the legal sector in general, and the Kenyan justice system in particular, continue to lag behind in uptake of information technology, outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic inevitably compelled the law and justice sector to embrace the use information technology in order to remain relevant.

In a bid to secure space in the new normal, our Firm has fully embraced information technology in the delivery of our services by introducing e-practice on a secure cloud platform through which we are able to effectively:

  • Take instructions through the digital platform including emails and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver on a significant number of our services digitally similarly through email and virtual meetings;
  • Undertake e- ling through the judiciary’s new e-portal and e-filing; and
  • Attend Court sessions virtually, among others.
